Eternity melts will not pass on your personal data to third parties without your consent. Royal Mail will receive your personal data which includes your- name and full address. These details are given to Royal Mail for the purpose of delivering your order to you.

Eternity melts safeguarding procedures includes keeping our files safe with passwords that only the owner knows. Access to the files are only authorised to be looked at by the owner of Eternity melts. No other person has authorisation to access these files where personal data is kept. Personal data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.
Returns policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at eternitymelts@hotmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return postage is to be covered by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
